For mortgage-related appraisals, ask your lender how the appraisal must be ordered. FHA and VA assignments involve applicable program requirements and authorized ordering channels.

Availability and current eligibility for specific lender panels or programs must be confirmed for each assignment. A privately ordered report may not satisfy lender requirements.
